All at Here4horses are delighted and extremely grateful to The Elise Pilkington Trust, for their generous grant this autumn enabling us to purchase a round pen.

The pen is a very safe area to contain a horse for training and corralling and will make a huge difference in our commitment to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome horses and ponies in need.

Education is a key part of our mission so this will vastly improve the facilitation of our training program delivering up to date, evidenced based methods of horsemanship.

The pen is very robust but also portable therefore we can transport it to other establishments for demonstrations as well as using it at our own premises for training the horses and ponies in our care.

Here4horses is run entirely by volunteers and fundraising is becoming increasingly difficult for all charities.

The impact of The Elise Pilkington Trust’s grants is immeasurable and we cannot thank them enough for the great work they do.

This is such a fantastic opportunity for us to help educate our community of horse owners and their equines and we are very grateful for this support.
