Like the people working in any animal charity, the team at Here4Horses are overwhelmed at times, with the grief that is felt when dealing with cruelty and neglect on a regular basis.
Compassion fatigue can affect us all – and it is important for our sanity, to recognise when it’s time for a break.
We therefore try and take any opportunity we can, to celebrate a happy ending.
With this in mind, we thought a showcase of horses and ponies that have crossed our paths on the road to recovery, would be something our supporters would enjoy too.
