Beth is unusual, because despite a very demanding full-time job, she takes volunteering for Here4Horses very seriously indeed and gives whatever time she can.
People like Beth are priceless – the ones who wear many hats with ease but more importantly are willing to throw them into the ring whenever needed.
You may not have met Beth as she works mainly behind the scenes, yet the roles she takes on could not be more varied.
Whether it’s gathering our Great North Run team, solving tech issues, prepping grant applications or handling our show and event bookings – Beth has it covered.
She is also not averse to rolling her sleeves up either, spending many hours helping with stable yard chores.
Beth also actively takes the lead on our hugely successful biannual Tack & Rug Sales.
It is safe to say that Beth’s significant input has contributed to the fact that we thankfully remain #here4horses.
It is also no secret that we are very proud to have an utterly spectacular bunch of volunteers – so to stand out at the top of our crew, means you’ve got to be a pretty darn remarkable human being.
Beth Ward, in 2025, that accolade fair and square, belongs to you!
