Nicola and Pam (two of our trustees), have successfully secured grant funding – which quite frankly has meant our charity has survived thus far.
A collective sigh of relief could be heard from the team, at the start of the year when we heard news of a wonderful, spontaneous grant from Animal Friends.
Animal Friends are a pet insurance company who have been very supportive of us from the start. It is heart-warming for us to be recognised for the work we do and their financial support is a treasured endorsement of the value of our work.
Petplan Insurer’s – who so kindly supported us in 2020, came to our aid again in early 2021 with important funds helping us cover bills for feed, medications and expensive winter bedding supplies.
Last but by no means least, The Pets at Home Foundation, (the charitable support arm of Pets at Home), have been another one of our significant donors this year.
A very generous grant from them has helped enormously with escalating boarding and veterinary fees, as our horse and pony numbers inevitably grow.
We would undoubtedly be struggling without this important financial assistance and would like to sincerely thank all of these companies, for unquestionably helping us remain Here4Horses.
