On Friday 24th October, we hosted our first and very successful BAEDT CPD Practical Day, where it was lovely to meet delegates who travelled from as far afield as Shropshire and Ireland!
We welcomed a group of great professionals ready to treat a total of 18 horses and ponies with a variety of mouths, including several of our cheeky Shetlands to keep everyone on their toes!
These days are a brilliant way for BAEDT members to refine their skills, receive feedback and share knowledge with each other.
A huge thanks to Mark Thorne for organising this day and examining. Also, to Kerrie Hart, a big thank you, for attending as Council Member and to Katherine Berry MRCVS from Clevedale Vets Equine in particular, for giving up her own time to be the attending Veterinary Surgeon on the day.
Katherine is such an enthusiastic and skilled Advanced Practitioner in Equine Dentistry – we are so very lucky to have her support.
This was such a great day of learning and collaboration, with people giving their time to be Here4Horses!
