The team at Robinson’s Equiteach proved to be the perfect hosts for our first dressage competition. Claire Robinson’s drive and energy is always infectious and everyone present was so charitable and supportive.

The socially distanced H4H team

This event provided a great opportunity to give our new gazebo and custom bunting their first outing and the raffle we held, helped bring the total funds raised for the day, to just short of £1,000.

What an outstanding result!

With careful social distancing measures in place we supplied refreshments, including some very special cookies and cup cakes courtesy of Beth (the baker) Leppard.

Beth’s amazing ‘4H’ cookies

Our sincere thanks to judge Kirstie Semple, whose commitment to the enjoyment of competitors was key to the day’s success. Others deserving a special mention include ace scorer Tony Marron, long-suffering test reader Theo Hopkins and the ever-generous Perkins support team.

Lots of smiling faces, left us in no doubt that everyone went home happy.

Congratulations to all competitors – Catherine Fairburn, pictured below, was delighted to win 2 of the 4 classes.

Well done to all.
