Back in March, Here4Horses Trustees Paula and Wendy made a trip up to Newcastle to One Strawberry Lane, attending a special Connected Voice event so kindly sponsored by Miller Homes.
The ladies had just 5 minutes to make a swift pitch to the gathered audience alongside two other local charities, for the chance to win £1,000.
Here4Horses was pipped to the post by the very worthwhile Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland, however, we were delighted to recently receive this lovely cheque in the post as runners up.
We are so grateful for the generosity of Miller Homes, supporting local charities in this way and the Connected Voice team who were so helpful and supportive.
