I feel honoured to have this opportunity to join the Board of Trustees.

Having dipped in and out of horse ownership all my life, I believe riding is my greatest pleasure.

After a long day at work there is really nothing better than spending time with our four-legged friends.

I discovered Here4Horses, having turned up at Farnley Farm with my horse Nando, in need of help.

I had never done any volunteering before – as I thought my life was too busy; running my own company alongside my sister and juggling life as a busy wife and mum too.

However, it’s amazing what you can fit in if you make the effort and I’ve been volunteering for Here4Horses for over three years now.

Watching Wendy and the team run this Charity has been eye opening for me.

The dedication and hard work involved from everyone has been humbling and made me want to give something back.

I hope I can help and am very excited to see what the future holds for Here4Horses.
